The Sakhalin I HQ Building is an integral part of the US$12B
development of the Sakhalin I off-shore oil and gas fields in
Russia’s Far East. The headquarters itself comprises a five storey
plus single storey basement office building, a covered multi-storey
car park, visitor parking, gatehouse, service roads, perimeter
fencing and the soft landscaping of the site to form parkland.
Following a
contractual dispute in respect of the adequacy of the labour
provided under the contract ICC were appointed
by one of the contracting parties to investigate and advise on their
potential exposure
and the
remedies available to them under the contract.
