we are able to carry out insurance risk reviews for proposed
and current projects, existing facilities' and any third party liability exposures.
We work closely with
client’s brokers at the start of a project in assessing the
particular risk profile for insurance purposes and provide practical advice on
the implications of the policy. This includes the
drafting and implementation of claims handling manuals and procedures
for use by the insured in the event of
claims arising.
With a detailed
understanding of the project in hand we can undertake a review of
the policy and identify opportunities under various
claim scenarios which will fully utilise the coverage provided by
the policy wording.
